Storcas are mid-sized predators native to the tundra, built for agility and endurance in low-visibility conditions. Their lightweight frames, long limbs, and heat-sensing cranial organs allow them to navigate blizzards and frozen terrain without relying on sight. Though cautious and often aggressive toward intruders, Storcas show surprisingly social behavior among their own kind and can be playful in groups, especially when not threatened. With careful training, they can even be domesticated as companions.
Storcas developed in regions where extreme cold and diffuse exotic exposure disrupted typical sensory evolution. Over generations, reliance on vision diminished, replaced by more specialized detection systems tuned to vibration, heat, and atmospheric shifts. Their cooperative tendencies likely evolved as a survival advantage in harsh, resource-scarce environments.
